A deposit is credited once we have checked it; a withdrawal is paid to the number or account you gave, in your own name. Money deposited must be played at least once before it can be withdrawn. Each bonus has its own rules (wagering, maximum bet, expiry, maximum conversion) shown before you accept it. Real money is always played first. Abusing bonuses — alone or with others — cancels them and the winnings they produced.
Games are provided by licensed game studios; results are random and final. Using software, errors or collusion to gain an advantage is forbidden. In case of an obvious error (wrong odds, technical fault), the affected bets may be cancelled and refunded.
